Delivering quality food directly from farm to table

Fazenda Bananal's vegetable garden covers an area of 5000m² (half a soccer pitch), where we grow about 60 different products throughout the year, including leafy greens, vegetables, fruits and spices.

The techniques used to produce the food are in accordance with the principles of agroecology, without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, seeking a balance between productivity and respect for the environment.

The produce is harvested daily, every morning, to ensure that its quality and flavor are maintained, directly from the field to the table of our restaurant!
