Our cuisine stands apart, transforming native foods and local recipes into fine dining. Guided by the concept of Farm to Table, we source primarily organic products from our own farm’s gardens and agroforestry systems, along with ingredients supplied by producers in Paraty and the surrounding region.

Braseiro Bananal

During the Bananal Fair on the last Saturday of every month, fresh cuts of meat and seafood are prepared over open flames. Vegetable sides come directly from the estate’s organic production areas, and cocktails highlight the flavors of the region.

Sunday Lunch

On Sundays, the best day to relax and enjoy a new experience, we prepare a menu inspired by native ingredients and flavors, crafted as fine dining.

The experience is entirely integrated into nature. In the main restaurant, huge windows open to breathtaking views of vibrant, preserved landscapes.

  • Menu includes a starter, three entrée options, four main courses, and two dessert choices.
  • Held on the first Sunday of every month.
