A space inspired by the genius of birds in the architecture of their nests, which embrace and invite visitors to immerse themselves in nature. Based on native foods, most of which are produced and harvested daily at Fazenda Bananal itself or by small local producers, the menu is a five-course journey harmonized with national, imported and artisanal wines.

Once a month, Fazenda Bananal offers an immersive that starts with our caiçara coffee. The experience starts with the flavors of the local cuisine, with the freshness and quality of the ingredients grown and produced on the farm itself, and continue the tour with access to the entire experience area.
