A guided tour, lasting about 1.5 hours, through the three food production areas at Fazenda Bananal: vegetable garden, orchard and Agroforestry Systems (SAFs).
It's an opportunity to understand basic concepts about organic and sustainable production and to learn in a practical way how much of the food consumed at Fazenda Bananal's cafeteria and restaurant is produced, as well as the Quintal das Letras restaurant, Maria Panela and the Pousada Literária.
